When enabled, FedEx requests ZPLII using STOCK_4X6 and sends the raw ZPL buffer directly through Zebra Browser Print. Install and run Zebra Browser Print on the packing computer first. No PDF, PNG, preview, or Labelary conversion is used.
Uses Settings → Shipping and delivery → Shipping labels (Shopify’s discounted labels), not checkout rates. Carrier API keys grey out. Print label buys that discounted label. Shopify’s app API picks the cheapest available USPS / UPS / DHL rate. It cannot list those prices first, and it cannot buy FedEx labels even if FedEx is your preferred carrier in Admin.
Chrome cannot lock a printer by name. In the print dialog pick your 4×6 printer once and turn off “Fit to page” / set scale 100%. Windows: set that printer as default to skip choosing every time.
One scan adds this many units. Change C1 / C2 / C3 here, then Save.
Up to 10 saved cartons. The Box dropdown on Close carton fills L / W / H.
developer.ups.com → Add App → enable Rating and Shipping. Copy Client ID, Secret, and shipper account number.
Use your Stamps.com website login plus the Integration ID from developer.stamps.com (SWS/IM). Rates and 4×6 labels come from your Stamps postage balance.
Unchecked services are hidden on the carton and filtered out of rate results.
Uncheck a channel to hide those orders. Faire shows after a Faire order is loaded once.
